 Coffee Shop Team Members

We are searching for enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated candidates to fulfill a Full Time and Part Time position in our busy Café.

Job Type: Full Time and Part time

Salary: Competitive

Experience: Previous experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate

Purpose :

  • To meet, greet and welcome customers. Developing relationships with regulars, keeping the café floor clean and presentable, ensuring that the café can run smoothly and efficiently at all times.


  • Engages customers and exceeds their needs
  • Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards
  • Follows all company drinks recipes and procedures
  • Develops an understanding of coffee and tea regions and the various differences in flavour and blends
  • Begins to educate themselves on the various types of coffee, tea products, blends and roasts
  • Proficiently prepares blended and cold drinks provided by the store
  • Ensuring health & safety and food safety standards are met
  • Driving continuous improvement in café performance
  • Achieving goals and targets set by the manager

Skills & Knowledge

  • Passionate about coffee
  • A team player with a positive attitude, fun and sociable
  • Able to develop customer relationships and drive sales
  • Keen, enthusiastic and happy to learn
  • An excellent communicator
  • Organised and enjoys getting the details right
  • Familiar with best practices of H&S and food hygiene (HACCP)
  • Able to work in the UK with contactable references
